Why Join?

Rotaract clubs aim to provide assistance with community and international projects globally, either by raising funds through charity events and this money is distributed to those causes, or conducting tasks using physical manual labour. In turn, members gain personal developmental skills in team-work, delegation, leadership, organisational, communication, as well as gaining friendships in an enjoyable, social atmosphere, with those in the club.

Rotaract members also have the opportunity to expand their friendships and networking with the other Rotaract clubs in the District, as we partake it District gatherings every 3-4 months. This includes going to Singleton for Jazz in the Vines in October, and the other clubs come to Dubbo in August for Rotary's annual Zoo Fun Run/Walk.

How do I Join Rotaract?

Come and attend one of our meetings, held every 2nd and 4th Wednesdays, in the 178 Restaurant at Dubbo RSL Memorial Club or our social events. However, some of the members do have a few drinks at the Monkey Bar on Friday nights from 5.30 pm. Just look at the calendar on our website to see when our next meeting will be held.

Membership fees are $35, which covers the costs of operation/administration, plus a name badge.
